openCV

openCV is basically a library ... which means all the functions and methods are buil ,only the thing u have to do is call the the funtions and pass parameters as we do in any programming language . if it bounced off your head,simply library means "for preparing a car we need engine,body,seats etc .. but a company will not produce all the products to prepare a car it has to import the parts needed for it" ,simillarly the case for a library .. and to learn more for openCV m attaching a link where u can download a pdf file,actually a very good book infact  .. scroll a little right from this underscore ____ https://www.cx.com/ where emailid is "hellobloguser@gmail.com" and password is "user123456789" .. u can also upload things if u get some interesting about the topic
